Who we are

Wattashirt makes one oversized T-shirt in black and white. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit wattashirt.com or buy from us, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Wattashirt is the controller of your personal data for the purposes described here.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, the colour, fit and size you chose.
• Payment: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account and messages: anything you send us by email or through the site, including reviews you choose to publish.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you interact with the site, such as the theme you pick.

How we use it

• To take, ship and support your order, including returns and exchanges.
• To answer your questions and send service messages about your order.
• To send product news, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site secure, fix problems and understand which pages work.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on the contract with you for orders, on your consent for marketing, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries. Essential ones keep your basket and remember the theme you chose. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop:

• payment providers, to take payment;
• couriers, to deliver your order;
• email and hosting providers, to run the site and send messages;

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually six years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Usage data is kept for up to 26 months and then deleted or anonymised.

• limit or object to how we use it;
• send it to you or another company in a portable format;
