Using the site

These terms apply when you browse wattashirt.com or buy from it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the taxes stated at checkout. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm it has shipped. If an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, we will tell you and refund anything you paid.

Payment

We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order and is processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection.

Delivery

Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery times depend on your country and are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and exchanges

• You can return or exchange a tee within 30 days of delivery.
• It must be unworn, unwashed and in its original box.
• Exchanges for another size or colour are free. For refunds, the return shipping cost is deducted unless the item was faulty.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the return.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Care and quality

Each tee is 92% combed cotton and 8% elastane, pre-shrunk, and made to be washed at 30°. If a seam fails or the fabric loses its shape within 12 months under normal wear and care, contact us for a replacement.

Our content

The Wattashirt name, logo, photos, animations and text on this site belong to Wattashirt. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use, but not copy or reuse the content otherwise without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Wattashirt is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
